AAll prices are in euro. If the country of destination is Italy, or another country of the European Community, only delivery costs will be shown, since the price is already 20% VAT included. If the country of destination is outside the European Community you will in any case be charged only with the delivery costs, but once the goods reach your country possible fees or customs duties will be imposed. You can ask for the total amount to be paid for the delivery at info@piantanidagioielli.it. Goods travel with INSURANCE COVERAGE of 100% of their value.

WARRANTY

All goods shown are covered by one-year international warranty issued by PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI. In order to take advantage of this warranty, goods must be returned to us at customer’s expense with insured delivery.
Once the item is repaired, Piantanida Gioielli will send it back to the customer at its own expense.
Warranty terms DO NOT APPLY if goods are returned revealing clear signs of tampering, attempted repair or misuse.
In this case, subject to prior communication, repair costs will be entirely chargeable to the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

All the products shown in the online shop are in our stock: we can therefore deliver them within 48 hours in Italy and within 5 working days in all foreign countries, as soon as we receive payment confirmation. Subject to prior communication, PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI reserves in any case the right to vary the aforementioned delivery times. Once the carrier delivers the goods, the customer must check:
1. that the number of the packs conforms to the number indicated on the delivery advice note;
2. that the packaging is intact, undamaged and dry, or doesn’t reveal worn seals (adhesive tape or metal straps).

In the case of possible damages or if the number of the packs, or other indications, do not conform to the note, you must immediately question it to the carrier, by writing on the attached document provided for the purpose “RESERVATION FOR CONTROL OF THE GOODS” and confirm it immediately by fax or registered letter, to:

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ACCEPT THE GOODS DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER WITHOUT ADDING THE NECESSARY RESERVATIONS, YOU THEN ABSOLUTELY CANNOT COMPLAIN WITH PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI FOR POSSIBLE LOSSES OR DAMAGES DUE TO TRANSPORTATION; THIS CAN BE DONE ONLY WITH THE CARRIER.
In addition, we make clear that the wording “Undamaged package accepted with reservation of control” will not be taken into consideration by the carrier that will therefore accept no complaints or damages; the control must therefore be done immediately with the carrier. Possible hidden irregularities (such as stolen goods or losses) must be notified in writing with registered letter to PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI within 7 working days. Notifications coming in beyond this time limit will not be taken into consideration. Customers are totally responsible for their statements.

PURCHASER’S OBLIGATIONS

At the end of the “online” purchasing procedure, the customer commits himself to print, read and keep the present general conditions. The customer commits himself to print, read and keep the general conditions any time they are changed. The customer relieves PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI of any responsibility for the issuing of wrong fiscal documents due to incorrect personal data provided, being the customer the only person responsible for his/her exact forwarding.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through wire transfer, MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL. For this last case, if the amount is higher than 500,00 euro the goods will be sent only to the same address registered on Paypal, address that must be checked also by the server.

INVOICING

All goods are delivered WITH COMMERCIAL INVOICE.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, concerning the implementation of Directive 97/7/EC, PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI informs that you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. In order to exercise this right, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to send written communication by insured registered letter, within the 48 hours following the receipt of the goods, to: PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI – Corso Garibaldi 78 – 15048 Valenza (AL) – Italy. The returned item shall be completely undamaged, possible accessories, aspect and original packaging as well. PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI reserves the right to check the goods returned, their wholeness and integrity, before refunding the customer. If goods are returned with faulty shape, aspect and content, or if they can’t in any case be put up for sale again, the right to refund shall not apply.
All disputes will be settled exclusively by the Court of Alessandria.

REFUNDS

You will be credited with the amount paid to purchase your item, except for the delivery costs, within 30 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request. Once we accept your request, we will make a wire transfer to the holder of the account according to the banking details that we kindly ask you to specify in your letter of withdrawal. The delivery costs for the return of the goods are chargeable to the customer. PIANTANIDA GIOIELLI reserves the right to reject the deliveries with additional transport costs. The essential condition to exercise the right of withdrawal is to ensure the integrity of the goods returned.
